Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as color grading vary with every computer monitors, some amount of color discrepancy is to be expected.

However we try to furnish as many pictures of the products to give the customer a better idea and understanding of the color and product details


Once your order is processed and payment is made with Paypal, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.

Acceptance of your order & the completion of the contract between you and Ober.Blünck Denim will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Singapore and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item in your country, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.


All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Ober.Blünck Denim to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Ober.Blünck Denim insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Ober.Blünck Denim and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Ober.Blünck Denim is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.


You can check the current status of your shipment by checking your shipping email and logging into the Shippers’ Tracking page. With your unique tracking number given to you in the email which we emailed to you, you will be able to track the progress of your shipment.


Shipping within SINGAPORE is free using standard Registered mail.

Should you like to receive your item quicker, we will gladly ship it using Speedpost at a cost of US$10 and subsequently additional US$3 for every pair shipped together.

International shipping costs will be calculated when you key in your shipping destination location and shipping method.

We offer 2 types of international shipping at competitive prices provided by Singapore Post.

CUSTOMS TAX: Your local postal service and/or customs office may have additional duties or tax applicable for imported goods. Ober.Blünck Denim is not responsible for any additional costs associated with local import duties/tax upon receiving your goods.

We declare actual value of the products shipped as according to applicable laws and are not able to under declare the value of each and every product.


An exchange is available ONE time only. Customers are responsible for any costs in the safe return shipping of the original item for exchange.”
Returned items for exchange MUST be in perfect unworn “TRIED ON ONLY” condition and sent back with all the original labels attached and be in their original packaging where applicable.
Items that have been soaked and/or worn, hemmed or altered by us or any other parties are ineligible for exchanges for a different size or design. We do not accept exchanges to custom made to order (bespoke) pairs either.
The returning product should be postmarked and on it’s way back to us within 7 days of receiving the item for a store credit which can be used to exchange for another size or design.
Should items turn out washed, used and/or soiled and altered in anyway when received by us, it will be returned to the customer after the customer pays for the shipping back.

In the unlikely occurrence of damaged or faulty product is received, immediately contact webmaster@oberblunckdenim.com within 3 days of receiving the product.

Please check and double check your sizings before purchasing. Returns for exchanges are costly and time consuming for everyone. Making sure you measure yourself properly before purchasing will help in getting the correct fit the first time!
Returning Online Ordered Items:
Please return items back to the store address below with a copy of your order & note outlining your request. We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of the returned item along with a coupon code in the credit amount to be used online towards a future purchase. Please refer to your order for the shipping amount or contact us via email for a shipping quote. If exchanging for another item you have already decided on, please let us know for which style or size you would like to exchange for and we can hold the item aside for you while awaiting the return item. You may consider contacting us via email in advance to arrange for this as well.
