WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Ober.Blünck Denim gladly accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

All PRICES ARE QUOTED IN US Dollars.

All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.

If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

HOW SECURE IS THIS STORE?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

SHIPPING

DO YOU DO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes! We gladly ship to the country of your choice. Shipping will be calculated upon checkout. Kindly refer to our terms and conditions for details on shipping rates and times.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Ober.Blünck Denim to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.

HOW WILL I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.

In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of BESPOKE orders which will take a period of 1 week to complete before dispatching. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Ober.Blünck Denim is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept exchanges/returns to custom made to order (bespoke) and altered pairs.

However we accept exchanges to the ‘Ready To Wear’ items for unsatisfied customers, but no returns or cash refunds. Please email webmaster@oberblunckdenim.com for exchanges to be arranged. Please note we can only exchange items, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Ober.Blünck Denim does not bear the cost of the delivery back to us and the shipment cost of the new piece that has been exchanged.

Kindly refer to Terms & Conditions on acceptable exchanges and details of shipping costs including in Singapore.

WHEN WILL THE EXCHANGE BE MADE?

Your new product/s will be shipped once we have received the original product/s back in our warehouse for your store credit.

Store credit is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue.

Kindly make sure you ship back safely with a tracking number so that the item will not be lost in transit. We cannot be responsible for your returning item if it gets lost while shipping.
